THERMOGUSS 3000 is a highly heat-resistant cement for temperatures up to 1600° C. It sticks to almost any clean surface.

THERMOGUSS 3000 is supplied in powder form. In use, water is added until the desired consistency. The putty can be applied with a brush, by spraying, pouring or dipping.

THERMOGUSS 3000 hardens ceramic-like and is fire-resistant.

THERMOGUSS 3000 is used as a coating for heating elements, resistors and inductors, as a fire-and heat-resistant layer in furnaces of various types and trolleys in the metal industry. Moreover, in the manufacture of devices, e.g. in waffle irons in the consumer sector. It is also used in applications where electrical isolation is desired at high temperatures. Also, with THERMOGUSS 3000 ceramic and porcelain sensors can be glued to steel pipes. Another feature of this material is its electrical insulation properties as well as simultaneous heat dissipation.

THERMOGUSS 3000 is resistant to cleaning agents, oil, electricity and all acids (except hydrofluoric acid).
